We picked Aloha to paint our Indialantic home. They have great reviews and an office in Town. I emailed Jim Davis with pictures of my home, and he sent a quote. 1/3 down, balance on completion. A crew arrived on time, were polite and did the job, from pressure washing to the painting. I agreed, as we were painting light over dark, a second coat was needed with additional charge. Took four days. The crew came every day and finished a bit early. I admit I am not a fan of multiple estimates. Not knocking them, but I am more concerned with having a local contractor with a proven track record than price. I am attaching before and after photos, beautiful job. Jim is very personable and patient to work with to complete the task of painting our house. He clearly cares about customer satisfaction and has understandable pride and confidence in the work that his top-rated team provide. His team just finished painting our home and they did a fantastic and thorough job!
