Shout out to Billy T. from Schmit Inc. who did my yearly maintenance service today. He came on time and was very professional. He also took his time to explain what he was doing. Great job!
July 2024 I had to make a new service call to Schmitt for my AC as it stopped cooling. different issue than previous (older unit). Paul, my technician, came out to my house on a Saturday. He checked several things to get to the root of the problem and worked quickly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. It was super hot and he had the AC getting us cool again in short time. He also made some recommendations. I'm very grateful that he came out and solved my problem so we could have AC in this Florida heat. I would recommend Paul and Schmitt for AC issues. Once again, excellent service! Thanks!

I was pretty nervous about the service call today; not knowing what to expect financially. I thought I was occasionally smelling burnt plastic so I wanted it checked out. Paul was very knowledgeable and I learned alot! You can trust him to be honest and fair! Everyone has been very nice at Schmitt! I will definitely recommend them and ask for Paul!
