Remedy Heating & Cooling have been wonderful. I had an older unit at first and they came out and repaired within 10 hours of calling. Top notch service. They didn't over sell me on anything as my unit was 17 years old. They made the repair and told me I would most likely be looking for a new A/C unit within a year or so. They suggested not putting a lot of money into that one. So of course when it was time to get a new one they were our first choice.
They installed the new unit in February, and threw in some maintenance visits with the purchase. The office called me a week later to schedule our 6 month visit before the craziness of summer scheduling happened... read full review

We’ve had Remedy out a couple different times and both times were great experiences . Thomas and Christian were both great and took time to explain everything that was going on . Honestly , the best experience I’ve had from an AC company .

Jared showed up about an hour and a half after I called which I think is very quick found the problem in a few minutes and had me back blowing cold air in 15 minutes very good service replaced with American parts I appreciate it you have my business thanks Jared and Harley!
