For the past two years, JPH has been our go-to whenever our A/C decided to give up on us. This week, it finally tapped out for good and we had to upgrade to a brand-new unit.
The night it quit, the OWNER himself texted back right away and showed up at our house within a couple of hours. He even came back the next day to recharge it so we wouldn’t melt while waiting on the install. Talk about service!

I was referred to JPH Cooling by Kim at Steadfast Roofing when her roofer told us my ac duct was full of water and leaking through my ceiling and vents. Josh came out at 11 pm the next night to check out the situation. Having been told of my recent health issues, JPH was able to squeeze me into their schedule and completely rectify the disaster going on in my attic and home. I cannot describe the difference in the air quality, temperature, and mental condition i am experiencing since JPH has been here. Thank God for quality service and good people!

It started with a phone call, and an appointment to assess our system and determine the needed course of action. Wait time for an appointment was very reasonable and Lorie, who made the appointment was as pleasant as could be.
Josh showed up a little earlier than the appointment, but not excessively early. Under promise and over deliver right! He inspected the system components, to include what was in the attic.
