A bit pricey, but the scheduling is definitely a concern. While I couldn't picked up my items during weekdays due to their tight schedule after I left them on a Saturday, the following Saturday when I went to pick them up, they were closed during their normal business hours. I made a trip for nothing due to scheduling inconsistencies.

I gave them a review 4 because this is my first time having some alterations done. Less then a week and it will be done. I hear good things ...so I hope it comes out good. If all comes out great, I'll give them a 5+. Update soon.UPDATE , I will give them a five + she did a great job on my husband jacket.
