We had a service here for my grandfather and it was absolutely abysmal from start to finish. The room where the service was held is literally falling apart. The baseboards are missing chunks and all of the doors have so many scratches on them. The one bathroom while spacious was not clean. The employees were completely unhelpful when trying to pause the slide show so it paused on a transition and they couldn’t figure out how to just have one picture on the screen. The ceiling tiles were hideous and so was the molding on the top of the walls bordering the room. The mic also had a distracting echo.
After the service, getting to the part of the grounds where my grandfather was going was very unorganized and the woman in charge was standing around like she didn’t know what to do. Eventually we all started driving down to the site. The tent they set up was very downtrodden (tons of rust on the beams holding up the umbrella) and they did not tell anyone to bring flowers down so the urn just sat there on a card table draped in turf. They knew we wanted a song played and didn’t even have a small speaker, so my aunt had to play it on her phone. So janky.
When it was time to place his urn in the spot, we had to wait 10 minutes for the two men to come down and pick up a square of plywood that was covering the spot. Why were they not standing by at the ready? They also didn’t tell us who was actually putting the urn in, so we basically passed my grandfather around like a football and the holder for him was dug so far down that you needed someone to stabilize you to put it in.
The employee (not the director we worked with until the day) who was “in charge” then told us we couldn’t bring any flowers down except for one to put in with him, so my uncle had to scramble back up to the funeral home to bring that one down. Again, why was all of this not decided in advance? Was there no way for them to put something temporary up so we didn’t feel like we might fall into the hole? She literally started arguing with my mom as she’s standing over the whole where her father was just put into.
The two women were dressed very inappropriately and completely disheveled. Their attire reflected the entire experience.
If you want your loved one to have a professional and dignified service, do NOT use these people.

I talked to Andrea and she's very knowledgeable about the whole process. She really eased my mind and I will be talking and viewing Grace Memorial Gardens very soon, I feel comfortable now after talking to her about the arrangements and when the time is right for my spouse we know who to call. Thank you Andrea.

Great professional advice from Representative Andrea Demopoulos on an insurance policy to add to my burial plan. I wasn’t aware of this option at the time of my purchase of burial planning.
Thank you Andrea for the pertinent information!! It was very important and imperative to bring this to my attention! My mind is definitely at ease!! Again, thank you.

I experienced a very professional and knowledgeable meeting with Andrea and Rosie. Also was given a tour with history of the grounds. Visited my parents location, given options for bench near them. Very pleasurable experience.

I didn't know what to expect having never been at Grace Memorial Gardens. My meeting with Ben Samel and Shauna was very informative. Ben went over all the details, my many questions and a tour of the different options with patience and complete knowledge. His genuine care and pride of the cemetery was evident. He ensured my decision was the right choice for me, and I feel confident that it was. Five stars is completely earned. The gardens, upkeep and tranquil beauty, makes this rating well earned.

My husband passed away on April 11, 2026. At Grace Memorial Janice and Heather graciously helped me make the arrangements for the funeral service. They were both personable and made sure that everything from planning to the selecting the burial site was exactly what my husband wanted. I cannot thank them enough for making sure that everything was perfect during this difficult time. Heather and Janice need to be recognized for being outstanding employers of GraceMemorial and providing excellent service. Thank you again.
