“My sister passed away recently (7-12-25). Our family chose Faupel because they took great care of us when my dad passed in 2018.
My sister passed during the weekend & within 10 minutes of leaving a message with their answering service, 1 of their directors called me. Amanda was very kind with answering all of my questions & letting me know they would handle everything.
We were concerned about getting my sister’s phone from the hospital. Amanda assured us she’d get it.
A few days later we met with Emily. She was wonderful! She took her time with us & explained each step of the paperwork my mom signed. She told my mom she would have my sister’s ashes delivered to her house (no extra fee!). She also gave us my sister’s cell phone & we’re so thankful because there was a video of my sister on it!
Emily & I also exchanged a few emails …each time she was very prompt in replying to me.

I can’t say enough about Amanda & Emily. My family and I appreciate everything you did for my sister & us. Losing a loved one is hard but they made things bearable. Thank you!

One last thing I’d like to mention…my dad passed in 2018. We had the same service for my sister & the price was only $80.00 more!
In this day & age of everyone trying to take advantage of people, it’s nice to know that some aren’t. This is the difference when working with a mom & pop business vs a corporate one. Thank you for not taking advantage of people in their time of need.
