The receptionist is rude. She has no people skills. Another employee that came up behind the receptionist was just as rude as a receptionist. I'm looking for a different place to go. Even the way they answer the phones is rude.

I wish I could give negative stars this place is the absolute worse! My mother was using them and nothing but issues any time they called and I had to deal with them they would just hang up on me! Extremely rude unprofessional no communication and NOBODY there is bilingual so anytime anyone called that wasn’t bilingual I got hung up on flat out, frustrating to deal with, my mother just passed away yesterday, just had a doctors appointment last week with them never once mentioning she had pneumonia and they have been non stop calling me when I answered they ask for her when I told the she just passed they just hung up that’s how they treat people! Absolutely disgusting!

I only know that it can be compared to a nightmare, with the exception of doctors and nurses, everything that has to do with administrative and personal matters, at the from desk they have poor communication with patients, disrespecting them and even making fun of them; We remind you to change the providers because the patients in the waiting room have already mentioned changing providers...!!! Have more supervision of these personnel and take the corresponding disciplinary measures. As the case may be... Thanks for your attention...!!!
