Their phones must be broken I’ve called 50 times over the past two days and they never answer… simply called and told them I needed a new card, as my chip stopped working but I could use the mag strip, told me I could use this card until the new one came only that was not true and I’ve been unable to use my money for days now and they won’t answer and customer service says they can’t help I need to talk to an actual branch. Lovely customer service.
On 11/1/2024, I got to this Bank last minute to make a deposit as I have significant things going on in my life. The older arrogant lady with glasses and brown hair to her shoulders told me they shut their system down and there was nothing they could do... I asked her why not say you close 10 minutes prior to 6:00 then if you can't help a customer. Her answer was, you need to get here earlier. That's not what you say to people when you have no idea what's going on in their lives, zero customer service skills will not be going back to this Bank to be treated like I'm a problem. Her actions should be corrected. Fugly attitude
