Rob absolutely puts customer service first. I called after one carpet cleaning company failed to show. He was able to rearrange his schedule so my carpet could be serviced within less than 24 hours of my call. The price is comparable industry wise. He uses eco friendly products. His estimates are spot on, no hidden fees.He was thoughtful with approach, time, and building relationships with customer. I would 100% recommend Busy Bee to anyone. Thank you!

Busy Bees were highly recommended to us a few years ago. We hired them on two different occasions and both times did a great job. Rob is reliable, friendly and customer oriented. The second time he brought Jose. They made a good team and we will use again
