Bill Bowers AC was recommended by Duke Energy to correct efficiency problems. Chris was prompt and diagnosed problems with my AC unit and insulation deficiencies. Excellent service. 6 Stars!
Both service men dressed nice and neat very polite this is the second time I've had Bowers doing work on the house first was complete system replacement now having installation and new ductwork put in price was $5, 300 and $80 seems like a good price to me for both insulation and ductwork replacement
Tommy found the relay installed less than one week ago had failed. He reset it and could not duplicate the failure. In aircraft repair this is unacceptable. The unit would have been replaced . If it fails again my wife and I must suffer in the heat until replacement.
