I had Bayonet come out and look at a leak that I thought was my water heater. Turned out to be a pressure relief valve outside. Our technician, Irvin, was punctual (actually got here early), professional and a pleasure to deal with. We've dealt with Bayonet for years and recommend for any of your AC and plumbing needs.
Our technician (Gary) kept us informed as to his whereabouts prior to his time of arrival. After he arrived, he was meticulous in his maintenance work and cleaned up afterwards. It was great to see his pride of workmanship which is so sorely lacking these days.
Shane came out to install a new water softener system.
On-time; experienced; clean efficient work; knowledgeable about systems and patient to explain how’s & whys.
I cannot say enough good words about Shane, you just gotta experience his awesome customer service.
