He (and his office staff) where incredible in their response times and answered all of my questions during this whole process. This was a new experience for me and they made it smooth and easy... I ran out of oxygen because of my stupidity then my machine didn't work but they were there first thing in the morning and I called first thing in the morning the gentleman that came here was wonderful I'm very helpful
Great customer service they are very fast and efficient the only issue is getting used to the machine I'm on day 4 and I've only used it 3 hours a night cuz I can't get comfortable but I'm sure we'll get better so good luck people who need to use these machines hopefully you won't take as long
