The loss of my husband, Mark Caldwell, was shocking and very traumatic. We were fairly new to the area and not familiar with certain things. I was very impressed with the care and attention received from Jeff and staff at the Homosassa location. Jeff's kindness and knowledge was impressive. Also, his willingness to handle my questions and need for repetition without showing frustration was greatly appreciated. The memorial service talk, delivered by Jeff, was perfect, as was the arrangement of mementos and flowers.
