I used to be their faithful customer. I had a complete AC failure at night and called them upon opening the following morning. I identified myself as one of their existing customers and they responded that it was supposed to rain that afternoon and they weren't sure if they could get to us that day or not. That is the wrong answer in the HVAC industry. When you have a total AC failure in Florida it is a very bad situation and needs support hopefully that same day even if late in that day. I called someone else who responded correctly, they would be here later that day. They arrived mid-afternoon, made the repair and left me very happy. They are my new go-to HVAC. An HVAC contractor that can't take care of their regular customers is not acceptable. Recommend you look elsewhere to support our local HVAC contractors, there are many other choices locally....

Everyone I worked with from office personnel to the techs was very professional. Small supply chain issues but the office was great with communication. Everything installed and works wonderfully. I would highly recommend this company!Service: Install AC
