I’m not happy with their service. They have a lack of communication. The therapist doesn’t come enough prepared to do her. They decide not to come and they don’t call me at least to tell me they will be missing two weeks without seen my son. They agree to see my son at certain time and now they want to change to another time that’s it’s interfering with my other therapy time. If I don’t ask what’s going on ,they don’t call me to tell me. Now in days it’s very difficult to find a true speech therapy that likes to do there job right. This company is one of them.
