My toilet was bubbling when I took a shower and when I flushed one time it almost came over the top called Roto-Rooter within 2 hours. They were here. Gentleman was extremely nice. Explained everything. Said he would flush the line and then have a camera sent up to see how bad the pipes were. That was so interesting... Both people were extremely pleasant. Explained everything were a 77-year-old woman. Understood it. I appreciated that

He was super helpful and helped explain any and all questions i had. He workmanship is great too, he cleaned up all the water i had in my bathroom and his repair service was flawless. I highly recommend him as a service technician if you can get him assigned to do your repair.
