“I spoke to the owner, seemed very nice, explained that his wife is a veterinary in Cuba and is studying for the boards, so they are expertly qualified. I had no problem communicating since I speak Spanish. The previous reviewer did not understand Spanish. I doubt that these people called back cursing, most likely they tried to make themselves understood and failed. The previous reviewer took it the wrong way. I'm going to visit the facility and will post after. Stay tuned.“
