My dog died here back in 2018, caught Parvo from them not disinfecting the inside in between patients. I left my dog overnight because they said she was going to have 24 hour care, when the person went home at 9pm and no one to watch the ongoing overnight care for my dog. I should have just took the medicine home with me and administered it myself so I could watch her. Next morning they didn’t even call me to tell me she passed, I drove to the office when I didn’t hear from them. I knew something was wrong. Will never bring my animals here ever again. Rip my baby Athena and they didn’t even refund my money.

Our dogs have been taken care of pretty well. Close to where we live. Easy and convenient location. Yes it is a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Even when's it's busy, they find time to see us. Thank you.

WARNING: Do Not Take Your Pet to Gilley Animal Clinic

I’m sharing this in hopes of preventing others from going through what we did. Gilley Animal Clinic almost killed my kitten due to their negligence and misdiagnosis. We brought him in after he was vomiting and not eating. They charged us $320 just to tell us it was “a stomach ache” and sent us home with medication that did nothing.

When our kitten still wasn’t eating and continued to decline, we brought him back the next day. They did another X-ray and finally said there “might” be something in his stomach and recommended we take him to an emergency clinic.

By the time we got him to the emergency vet, he was dangerously dehydrated and already had signs of kidney damage from prolonged vomiting and lack of fluids. He was hospitalized and put on IV fluids for 24 hours just to stabilize him. Still unwell, we took him to a second emergency clinic in Fort Lauderdale, where they did an ultrasound (something Gilley never offered)and immediately found a foreign object in his stomach.
If they would’ve told us that they couldn’t do anything from the start , or done the appropriate diagnostics like an ultrasound, our kitten could have been spared days of pain and life-threatening complications. Instead, we wasted critical time and money, and our pet suffered for it. Rest in peace to our 3 month kitten Judas ❤️
