Rodger is the best. We were working under a tight schedule and even though we made a Tuesday appointment he was able to see us on the previous Sunday after church and did a fabulous job. It was my fault that he sent me a text saying he would be 30 minutes late and I said okay, but my partner freaked out and and made a big deal that he was on time, which he was and Rodger never mentioned it and was friendly, professional, through, and took many pictures and explained everything he found. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a true professional that you would be pleased to invite over to your new home as a friend.
