Very good environment. The manager and staff has a very calm and friendly demeanor that makes their customers feel comfortable. Also their pricing is extremely reasonable and straightforward and gheir quality even for their basic lenses is exceptional in comparison to the other providers in the homestead FL/Florida city FL area. As a person who likes to keep her spending to a minimum I can comfortably say I am extremely pleased with my experience here (aside from the fact they even can make some glasses on site!).
I definitely believe they deserve a many more customers for the exceptional service they provide.

Let’s give credit where it is due! I had an amazing experience. From the start Roberto listened and showed great efficiency!! This has been the most beautiful, affordable, and great quality glasses I have ever had !!

At the beginning very nice and helpful. It's been more then a month and still no glasses. Every time I call is the same story the lab or ups. This is horrible service. Because if the lab they use is so un professional what can I expect from them. Last time I ever buy anything from them. And they are not cheap glasses. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. At least I have another old pair I can use. If I don't get my glasses by the end of the week im asking for a full refund.........At the end I got my glasses when I went to pick them up they where very nice. They just need to get a better lab.
