BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT BEING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SUPPORT

The only reason people still uses this office is because is the only place in homestead that takes healthy kids insurance. No one would go here if it was not forced on them. They are regularly an hour late to see appointments today it was almost 2 hours. We left without service bc taking kids to the dentist is not fun to begin then making them wait for 2 hours in a car and perfect recipe to create a life time fobia of oral hygiene. It takes months to get an appointment for any service. I had to start having them email the appointment date Bc they will change the time of our appointments to times I would have never agreed on bc of my work schedule. They have given me appointments for the wrong day when the orthodontist is not in the office making me waste my time and having to take extra time off to go to the appointment a different day. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THIS IS CLEARLY CORPORATE RUN, NO CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS OR THE EMPLOYEES THAT TRY TO DO THEIR BEST TO DEAL WITH THE OVERBOOKING AND ANGRY DISSATISFIED CLIENTS. ******I guess since I would not recommend this place I don’t get to give a star rating. Great way to hide bad reviews.
