Wow, just wow. The disrespect, disorganization, lack of concern for patients, and not having a Dr. Near the area?
How is this place even running?!
Even, the head nurse doesn't even know her job! And forget about having any concerning questions, you will just get interrupted and pretty much looked at like your incompetent.
I swear I have more medical background understanding in my one pinky, then the entire employee staff at this establishment.

The worst medical center that could exist. I went 5 days without insulin because they didn’t know how to send the referral to the insurance—a nightmare. And when they finally sent the referral, they cut my insulin dose in half, so when I went to get the refill, a medication that should be refilled monthly, they put it as every 3.

Wort experience ever today, the nurse practitioner Rubis Vergara Ramirez screamed at me and treated me like a child.I will never return to that place again.She needs to be trained on how to handle patients, I'm a human being, I deserve respect.
