All I have to say is customer service @ it’s Finest, as a Gentleman , I do have a phone number with & venture to Ulta occasionally but today I stoped by with a nice List of misc that would take me 3 hours to find with just me & my other buddy alone. Rachel & Mellisa came to my aid & when I say I had the best shopping experience anyone could ask for mean it! There really are amazing human beings out there who take a lot of pride in the little things they do that make the biggest difference in the life’s of the individuals around them. Above & beyond they both went to make sure I got everything I needed & then some. Excellent sales Women.
Nat A at Ulta Beauty was so helpful for me!! I had taken a few years break from wearing makeup, and I was overwhelmed walking into the store. Nat A helped me to find everything I needed for a glamorous event. And she explained briefly how to do an elegant face. I bought more than I intended- but am happy with my purchases. Now every time I wear my makeup, I am thankful for her help. And my family say thay I have never looked better.
