Asked to speak to the StoreManager to Congratulate her on her truly Exceptional Floor Staff; (hospitality/retail is difficult finding great people who genuinely care about a great welcoming customer experience especially in Miami) she was equally as nice & had expressed how just the day Prior it had been Madness for them there. Even after one of their busiest days I’m guessing of the Season, these girls come into the work the next day giving 150%. THATS HOW YOU MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
