The flashlight and rear camera suddenly stopped working at the same time, which made no sense to me. Instead of jumping straight to an expensive repair, they ran a few checks first. The problem was resolved faster than expected, and both features are functioning perfectly again.

Brought in laptop for a cleanup, service was fast and professional, tech provided me with a thorough explanation of the problem. Very satisfied with the service.
