I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I initially purchased a Groupon and, overlooked that appointments are required. I attempted to walk in, but due to the nature of the equipment which is quite powerful and understandably loud there was a brief moment of confusion (my mistake). Once I realized my mistake, scheduling an appointment was seamless. Upon returning, I was immediately impressed by the level of professionalism from Yvette. The space felt clean, polished, and thoughtfully curated, which made me feel completely at ease (especially as this was my first body contouring experience.) Yvette is truly exceptional!!
