This was my first Pilates class ever, and I have to say Paola made it so fun while still challenging me enough to really push myself. I feel more confident! super accomplished and happy! Such a great class!
Such a beautiful studio been going here for two years now they remodeled it looks amazing. They serve Matcha and coffee for purchase of course 10 out of 10 for the cafe and 11 out of 10 for the Pilates classes.
This is hands down my favorite studio for multiple reasons. First, because it actually feels like home - there’s something about this studio that makes me feel cozy and comfortable in this space. Another reason is because of the instructors - they always have amazing sequences and playlists! I also love how personable they are and how they create genuine relationships with the clients. Another reason is their cafe! Like hello! It’s delicious and affordable. Love love love this studio! Highly recommend it to all the girlies (and men haha) considering coming here!
