I just had Shay from royal water damaged sent me a quote and he was very thorough so I hope they're the chosen company to do work with Very professional and excellent communication I hope I can say the same once they start the work in my unit.
I am very impressed with their service. First of, they're very professional, the inspector called 45 mins from arrival and he arrived on time. They inspected every room in my house, any possible source of water like in laundry, under the sink, bathroom and water heater. He was very thorough and shared immense information and knowledge regarding the problem. He even recommended solutions that we can do ourselves to address the issue. We never felt rushed throughout the process, he answered all our questions with confidence, it was a true relief that he came over to inspect our property. I highly recommend this team!
