So, full transparency, I’ve never been to a dry cleaners before. I think maybe once I went to a dry cleaner to see if they could clean a very large blanket that I had, but I don’t even recall, leaving it with them. In any case, as I am fairly new to the neighborhood and am within walking distance, I thought this was a great time to See what this dry cleaning thing was all about. Shortly after my birthday brunch, I noticed one or two very faint smears on my very new and very clean cream-colored knit joggers. My favorite silk blouse had an accident with a Sharpie. I thought it was ruined until I took it in to OXXO. They ran a spot test with, what I suppose, a special solvent and the spot disappeared as did all the other spots, subsequently. As usual, they did a great job dry cleaning the blouse. I’m a happy customer.

Nice service. I was pleasantly surprised when they fixed hems and replaced a button for me. A pant hem did come undone after the last dry cleaning. I’ll have to have them fix it next time but I’m not sure how that happened.
