I purchased a groupon for gel manicure and pedicure and parrafin treatment. I called to make my appointment for 4 pm and was confirmed. The next day they call and say they are over booked and need to reschedule me an hour early or an hour later, i decide to go an hour earlier. When I show up I am the only one there. I went to pick a polish which was a mission because they barely had any colors and then you had to figure out which one matched for your pedicure. I sat on a couch and dipped my feet in a plastic bucket for my pedicure. What terrible service! I was given the wrong appointment time and once I got there I was told I was late so I had to allow them to work on others and wait around to see if I can be squeezed in. I waited half an hour and someone walked in when I was supposed to be next and I was skipped (they said they didn't have an appointment) because I was a Living Social customer. I wasted my time for nothing b ecause they do not want Groupon customers only full paying customers. You'll see that as soon as you arrive and see the rules posted on the door for Groupon people. Bought a gotta half it voucher. Called for 2 weeks straight with no answer and voice mail full. Went in to make an appointment for the following week, nothing available. The lady at the desk was a bitch. There was only 2 people in there. This place won't last long. Go across the street in the public plaza, they are great.
