Working with Eli has been a pleasure. He has helped me through the process of installing a new vent system for my new salon and has gone above and beyond from the beginning. Highly professional and helpful, definitely recommend.

Great experience with Eli! Explained the reason why my unit could have been freezing…. Also mentioned that we should monitor the cycle performance before I went ahead and replace the motor.

When our AC kicked the bucket suddenly, I contacted my home warranty folks, and they sent me local 'big' guys to fix it. Their guy came and gave me a runaround and threw some terms at me, thinking that I would just pay hundreds of dollars with no questions asked. Due to these games, we were without AC for over a week, and my family was seriously suffering from 90 degrees of heat in our house. I was desperate when I contacted Monroe AC Services!
