Physical therapists said they could no longer work with my dad because he couldn't walk and had difficulty following some commands. I explained that was why he was getting physical therapy and reminded them that the whole point of PT is to meet a patient where they are and to work with them from that point. Promised to come back and assess him again and I never heard back from them. This company is almost reckless with our loved ones. The only reason they are getting any stars is that their SLP is awesome.

Following a left hip replacement, my home physical therapy was provided by Jennifer Dimassi. I have been an R N with the health care system for 35 years. I am very aware of the health care culture. Jennifer was absolutely wonder. I attribute my quick recovery to the exceptional physical therapy she provided in my home. Her knowledge and exceptional way of providing my physical therapy was tantamount to my quick recovery. Memorial home health should be proud to include someone like Jennifer. Customer service was A+++++++.
