After trying Massage Envy locations across South Florida, I found my therapist. Joy is exceptional. She’s warm, professional, and has the best hands for pressure. She listens and adjusts so the massage is exactly what you need.
I came in with a migraine I’d had for 12 hours and left completely pain free. I’m in Homestead so it’s a drive, but I will only book with Joy from now on. Worth every mile.

Jody and Kitty were so great and friendly with helping me sign up for a membership. They took the time with me to sit down and explain all of the benefits. I didn’t feel like they were trying to up charge/upgrade me to a higher plan than I wanted and am looking forward to my first appointment at their location.
Had a good massage with Junie. Unfortunately, my checkout experience significantly detracted from the visit. When the cashier asked if I wanted to leave a tip on my card, I said yes, 20%. She then stated, “Okay, so $36?” I explained that my massage was $120 (which had already been charged), so a 20% tip would be $24. The cashier argued with me and insisted that the tip should be $36, even responding, “No it wouldn’t,” when I reiterated the math.
