I think Mach 1's draw is their attention to detail and their patience. This is somewhere you come with your mom and grandma and cousins and aunts. This is not a dry bar or nail bar type of place. I had a regular manicure where my nail tech spent ample time pushing my cuticles after I requested they not be cut. She took care to make sure they dried properly to prevent chipping. I also had a blowout done and I was impressed that no one tried to force me to get a deep conditioning treatment etc. They patiently dried my extremely long (40") natural hair in small layers. Again, this is a place that pays attention to detail. It's not for a speed demon, it's for a lady.

Very horrible salon. I went in for a full set and the woman doing my nails didnt speak a lick of english. She cut my fingers. She took 30 minutes just to find the right fit for my nails. i ended up leaving before they painted my nails because the service was so horrible. i decided to just go home and paint them myself. 2 days later, all the nails starting falling off one by one. I was furious. I went back and demanded a refund and they gave me certificate for a free pedicure
