As a GC, I have worked very closely with Karen on several high-profiled, award-winning restaurants. Each project had its own unique set of issues due to existing site conditions/limitations, municipality & AHJ restrictions and budgetary constraints. Her designs were always mindful of these problems and she had thorough game plans in-place to work around the concerns prior to start of construction, and more importantly, prior to becoming an expensive oversight. I've known Karen for almost a year now and have been nothing but impressed by her work. She knows her stuff and you need look no further than her before and after photos to see that she has the eye to transform your restaurant space.
