I am so very picky about who I let cut my hair but I took a chance on Jess & voile got lucky & I found quite a gem! Skilled at coloring & cutting. Hair came out great both color & cut & cant beat the price for the great job & personal treatment u receive. Will definitely be a regular w Jess I’m sold!
