From the first phone call to the hauling of my 'junk', the entire transaction went smoothly which was fantastic since I was super stressed with our move. Jack came to the house within an hour of me calling to provide a quote and since I had to have everything out the very next day, Jack was able to have his team at the house at 9am. We had way more than expected (filled a whole truckload), but the team handled it with ease. They were very careful with items that were removed from inside the house to ensure they didn't bang the walls and corners.
