Gastro Health is a medical center with a focus on gastroenterology. Patients praise the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, particularly Dr. Mishiev and Dr. Marachi, who are described as great listeners and thorough medical professionals. Some locations, like the Sheridan St. office in Hollywood, are highly recommended for their excellent communication and friendly atmosphere. However, experiences at other locations, such as the Coral Springs office, have been less positive due to poor communication and rude staff.
The doctor was very professional and understanding, and he listened to me carefully. He also guided me and addressed all of my questions. I left very satisfied. The medical assistant was also understanding and professional.
Every time I have appointments or leave a messages, the response is very fast and staff is very nice and attentive, I have been seeing doctor Mishiev for over 20 years he is a very good doctor and takes his time when I come to see him.
Staff shows compassion and care, doctors take their time to explain and address your concerns. No one was in a hurry to usher you out. You don’t feel like “if this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911” is their motto. They gave me an appointment within a few days not three months out.
