Our hoa used excell for expansion joints on our 6 story apt building the job had problems after 1 year and the company wanted to charge us again to correct repairs after spending 118k we later agreed on a small charge they left after 3 hours and never returned leaving a hole in your concrete. Stay away now for attorneys to figure it outAfter speaking again they did come back and did the work that was needed. We spent BIG money to reseal our shop and we're told it would be waterproof... well, since the repairs and resealing of joints, the only time it doesn't leak is when it's not raining. We called and emailed and a few times they did come out but the water leaks never stopped. Once we hit the year mark, they stopped communicating with us... Mark is a joke and Gary says all the right things but follows through with nothing... we were given three estimates for for removing and resealing our desk. In A five month period we were give three estimates by them for the same job. The first was for $176,000, a few months last it was 225,000 and a few months after that it was $397,000... this company is unreal and I would recommend using anyone else.

Excell calking and Waterproofing,It is that kind of Company that overflows for the clientele, has integrity and honesty as few, unusual in the current days to happen in that way but they do it!In the only matter that I would not know how to clarify is that in my opinion they are too selective ...at the time when choosing their clientele, for the rest they are impeccable and the customer service is in extreme opulent!Luz Chile-Toro , Construction Industry , experience by Sandy Recovery Resiliency at NYC , consultant in Florida and PR .
