I can't speak highly enough of Dr. John Eccher and his wonderful staff. My 13-year-old shih tzu had a large mass that had been growing over the years, and I was hesitant to have it removed due to fear of complications. However, when the mass reached 10 cm, I knew it was time to act. I am so grateful that I chose Just Paws for the surgery. I dropped off my dog in the morning and picked her up in the afternoon. It's been a little over 24 hours since the surgery, and she seems completely unfazed by it. She's happy and eating normally. Thank you to everyone at Just Paws for taking such great care of my Baby!!!
We could not recommend a better pair of caring, intelligent doctors. Both Dr. John and Dr. Stacey are compassionate, knowledgeable doctors that really are the best in every way. They put my wife and me at ease and were patient and truly wonderful with our pet Loki. Each time we've gone there has been a positive experience and they took the time to explain everything and were very thorough. We believe there isn't a better place for our pet. We will never consider going anyplace else. It just doesn't get any better.
I'm going to start this by saying, I have three medically complex animals and am very choosy about who I trust with their medical care. I don't blindly listen to doctors, in fact I'm more the type to question them and we blew through veterinarians (both primary care and specialists) at an alarming rate. With all of that out there, I will say that Drs. Eccher are incredible. We've gone to them for three years now and trust them fully, without hesitation. They are the perfect mix of modern medicine, eastern therapies, and common sense. They are both medically brilliant and frankly good people. I can walk in, sans animal, and they will ask me by name how they're doing. Truly cannot save enough positive things about the good doctors.
