Though I have no complaints regarding the staff, they were always friendly and kind to me... I can't say the same for the lab they send the project to. Every time it came back there was a problem with it. After many months the final product was still not acceptable. I just took it because I didn't feel like going back again but will try to see if It could be corrected elsewhere. If not..I will have to start from scratch again but this time completely out of my pocket as the insurance covered this one. The main problem I feel is that they send they're work out and then it takes weeks for the next appointment. If they had the work done on the premises, it would have saved time and any problems could have been corrected right there until it was right. In the past, I have always gone to that type of facility and work was done within a week or two. Therefore, I would strongly suggest to go to a place like Aspen Dental, where their lab is on the premises.
SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR ANNUAL VISIT, AS THEY DO NOT DO CLEANINGS! I called for an appointment and the rep told me that my initial visit was complimentary. I came in and after waiting an hour when my appointment was at 9:00 am, inquired with the receptionist who was on her cell phone. I was then taken in for x-rays. After being told no cavities, I was told at age 47 that I needed braces, had Periodantel Disease, should whiten them, just needed over $5,000 worth of work done. At that point I just wanted a cleaning and to go when I was denied. The dentist said that I required a Deep Cleaning which also meant that I had to be put under anesthesia. I asked her for a basic cleaning and was told that if I didn't have a Deep Cleaning I could not have a cleaning at all. So I checked out. $15 for an office visit is all you will get for this trip. EDIT!!! I RECEIVED THE SAME MESSAGE FROM THE JONATHAN ROBOT. THEY DON'T ASSIST YOU!!!!!
My 76-year-old mother visited SAGE Dental with the hope of getting her dentures replaced, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite their promises since February 20th, they have failed to provide any services. To add insult to injury, they have already billed her insurance without performing any procedures. As a result, my mom is suffering, unable to eat properly, and in constant pain. What's more disheartening is the apparent lack of concern from the staff. They have shown no willingness to provide temporary dentures or offer any assistance whatsoever. I strongly advise against seeking dental care at this establishment. It's evident that they prioritize profits over the well-being of their patients.
