Dr. Chen & Dr. Hargreaves is a long-established eye doctor in Hollywood. Dr. Chen is noted as the best, very professional, nice, and kind. She takes time with exams and answers all questions. The office staff is awesome and friendly. While waits can sometimes be a bit long, the service is highly recommended. Patients are very pleased and can get a lot of wonderful glasses.

While the reviews here are mixed, as a new patient/customer I definitely agree with both the positive and negative experiences. Realizing circumstances and communication are significant contributors in each review.

However I have appreciation that Dr Chen and the gentleman at the front desk listens to feedback and respond appropriately with a sense of empathy and concern.

I have been seing Dr Chen for many Years; I can say that she’s one of the best eye Dr that I have ever had. Dr Chen is very patient when doing my eye exam, and she’s very nice. Customer service is great, and office staffs are very polite. They are punctual for the appointment, not long wait times. Vincent is doing an excellent at helping choose my glasses, and he’s very patient. I want to thank them for sending me the reminder for my annual eye exam because I always forget. I highly recommend Dr Chen to anyone who is looking for a great eye Dr , she’s one of the best in Hollywood, Fl.

My daughter and family have been dr Chen’ s patients for years. I’m sorry I did not go sooner. I’m very glad I did and was very happy to be able to choose my glasses as well. I gladly recommend Dr Chen and her associates
