i left my personal glasses an when my insurance didnt cover i said id pick up my own glasses an the new script but i was ill for a while went today an dr chen insisted on returning a pair of glasses that wasnt mine own personal glasses she was talking to me like i was stupid trying to make me take a pair of gasses ive never seen before so now ive lost my night driving glasses an no new script either after dr farbman died chen took over never the same

This receptionist that works at this location has to be the most rudest, absurd employee that I've ever spoke to. She kept over talking me when I'm trying to explain that she does take my insurance. She refused to speak to my insurance company when they called her. And then on the second call that my insurance company and my myself were on she abruptly hung up on both of us. If this is the start of an experience of going to this optometrist, I can only imagine what the visit would be Take your business elsewhere. If i was able to score 0 i would have READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. THAT WILL CONFIRM HOW RUDE THIS OFFICE IS

Justine Chen is a terrible optometrist! She is completely unfit to help any patient. Her rude demeanor is very unprofessional. My experience with her office was very poor. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I would never recommend anyone be treated by her. It was a waste of my money and time.
