Dr.B treats his patients like family. I was bringing my newborn home from the hospital with a sick toddler at home ( nightmare) and he helped my husband and I manage keeping the newborn from getting sick while also getting the toddler better. He monitored the newborns bilirubin closely as he needed a bili blanket the first week . All the while always making sure I felt heard at each visit . Making sure to tell me what a great job I'm doing as a mother each time I was in the office no matter the issue he left me on that note . This was never his job to care for me but he did . Dr B is the best. I'm very picky about doctors and this place is amazing. They really care for the kids and the after hours Nurce line is a life saver. I definitely recommend this place.

I like the doctors a lot but the front desk staff is awful and I’ll be finding a new office due to wait times. I have spent 2-3 hours here between the waiting room, the patient room and then visit itself (twice now). When I went to check out the receptionist didn’t say a single word to me as I waited in front of her, she was on the phone and playing with a stapler. I just walked away and went it the front check in and tried to bring up her ignoring me but no one seemed to care.
Again DR Cyrlak is great and very thorough however I guess runs very behind.
