I have nothing but high praises for Caliber Collision, Hollywood. My brand new car was involved in an accident, and after my repair was completed, its as if the accident never happened. Angelina explained the entire process to me during Intake, Dana called with regular updates, and Johnny and his team worked wonders with the repair. They all answered any questions I had and assuaged all my concerns. And because they are a partner vendor with Enterprise, I was even able to leave my rental car with them, and they closed out my order. Wonderful customer service ! From start to finish I was notified how my car was progressing throughout the service. My service advisor Johnny was very knowledgeable and hands on.
