Marcus at Calliber Collision was a hit to work with. They kept me informed daily through a text system, of the progress of my Mercedes after I wrecked it and my insurance company asked me to try them instead of the dealer. Once they told me the work comes with a lifetime guarantee I was on board. So happy I went with them. I did extensive axel damage so my estimated pickup date was 2/3 weeks out, but I got my car back in good as new condition after only a week and a half. She runs great and they even detailed it for me. Very nice and friendly crew and I haven’t had any issues with my car at all since. Thank you and definitely recommend them!

From the moment I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. At the beginning, there was a small hiccup, which is understandable, but throughout the process, I was kept updated on the progress of my repair. I had a few questions about the timeline and completion of the vehicle, and my advisor, Francisco, was always there to assist and provide clear updates.
