I received the best service at BCOM HOLLYWOOD facility during & after my pregnancy! The team of Tifanny Maxton (OBGYN) & Miss Rhonda (Nutritionist) carefully guided and ensured that all my concerns were addressed and my pregnancy was healthy. Being my first pregnancy, I was scared & unclear about a lot of things, I had a million questions and concerns, but at every visit I had with them, I left feeling confident in my body, less anxious, and happy that my baby would make it safely and healthy. I’ve been to this clinic for sometime now. I’ve gotten a good service in regards to my prenatal checkups. However, I do have to emphasize that their communication is poor. They tell you that you have to wait for the specialist to call you and they never send in the referral/order. So you’re now stuck calling back and forth, requesting this simple paper that could have been faxed that very same day. Needless to say, I get so tired and upset, I stop caring. Here is one example, the doctor checked for a heartbeat at 11 weeks with a Doppler and couldn’t find it, obviously it is more difficult to locate the baby without an ultrasound. I recently visited the Broward Community and Family Health Center and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at ease.I was impressed by the range of services they offer, from medical care to dental and behavioral health services.
