I had been speaking for weeks with Gorilla by phone in hopes of resolving an issue (nothing to do with the actual product itself or the Soundz team). I rode from Tampa to Myrtle Beach just to do so and I am ABSOLUTELY glad I did! I had the Soundz SE speakers installed and they went through my entire bike with a fine tooth comb. Brandon corrected any & all wiring in my bike and explained everything he was doing! Gorilla handled my situation with the UTMOST professionalism and even went so far as to check on me and my experience with my speakers the next day AND followed up a week later! Bought a used bike that had one of their systems installed, had a loose pod on the tour pack, stopped by at Bike Week and they fixed it no charge! That’s a company that stands by their products and installs. Thanks Soundz for the great sounding system and customer service!
