I had a plugged AC drain line. Called JJ Douglas at 9AM and JJ was at the house at 1 PM. He got the drain line cleaned in 15 min and checked the AC health. He provided me with some great advise for future maintenance of my 20 + year old AC system.He is going to get me an estimate for a new unit when the old unit to fails. We also had some good conversation about life in general. I highly recommend JJ Douglas Services
Absolutely love JJ Services! My AC stopped working after another company came out to service it. I called JJ Services late on a Friday night in a panic. Not only did Kyle return my call at 7pm, he came out Saturday morning and spent a few hours trying to repair my unit instead of replacing. Unfortunately my unit was shot but Kyle gave me an amazing price on a new one and was able to replace it within a few days. Had such an amazing experience with JJ and Kyle I hired them to install my spa heater and fill my propane tanks! These guys are great! Super friendly, responsive and extremely fair priced! I can't speak highly enough about this place. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. No hidden fees or surprise charges, which is typical these days. Kyle's professionalism and Mary's kindness in handling the billing makes me wish I could give them twice as many stars!
