Our 17 year old Carrier was making noise and fan motor wasn't spinning but when Michael J. arrived not only was he professional, super knowledgable and kind, he helped us weigh our options and was honest that he could repair it but replacement was a better option. This young man deserves a raise! We knew it was gonna be an either or but Michael's ability to put us as ease and explain, in detail, the information to us for our benefit, for a replacement was invaluable. We got a fair deal and are thankful to All Volusia & Flagler Heating & Air for helping us out this way especially during a tropical storm. My AC after 20 years of services finally decided it was her time to go. I called Brian and he was at my house that same day working on getting me quotes and availability for a new unit. Within 24 hours I had a new unit installed. The communication I received from the office and the techs were fantastic. They were on time and professional.
